Clubee is an all-in-one platform from Luxembourg designed to streamline the management of sports clubs and federations. It automates a wide range of administrative tasks, including competition and event management, license handling, player transfers, game scheduling, referee coordination, and member management.

Clubee encompasses various tools that generate invoices, including fan-shops, memberships, and sport licenses. We developed a comprehensive tool to manage all invoices generated by the club in one place. This tool also provides detailed statistics, such as profit and loss breakdowns, which are displayed to the user for better financial oversight.
The Calendar is a vital tool in Clubee that allows clubs to schedule and communicate events such as training sessions, games, and other activities to their members. We overhauled the old calendar interface, focusing on user experience improvements. This included adding features like filters and adjustable views to make event management more intuitive and efficient.
I led the design of the Website Builder project, enabling clubs to create professional-looking websites. This tool allows users to create custom pages and add sections within those pages, with a full color palette system that aligns with the club’s colors as well as ensuring accessibility and visual consistency across the site.
This system allows federations to manage referees and assign them to games. It ensures that referee coordination is seamless, improving the organization and execution of matches.
Designed for sports federations, this tool manages licenses and license requests for all members within their affiliated clubs. It streamlines the process, making it easier for governing bodies to oversee and handle licensing efficiently.
